1) We may terminate your participation in the Program at anytime and for any reason, in our sole discretion. Such reasons include, without limitation where we believe that you are in any way in breach of this Agreement, where we believe that your website ("Affiliate Website"), your e-mail database ("Affiliate Database") or other marketing practices are unsuitable for the Program for any reason including, without limitation, that the Affiliate Website or marketing methods contain material or practices that could be considered unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable; or, where we believe that you are not, in any fashion, conducting permission-based e-mail or other marketing practices that fully comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

2) NationalCareerNet shall pay commissions on the fiftenth of everymonth for the commissions earned the previous month.

3) No Commission payments will be issued to an Affiliate for any amounts of less than $20.00 US Dollars (the "Payment Minimum"). All such amounts below the Payment Minimum shall be held, aggregated and paid to an Affiliate only when the Payment Minimum has been reached.

4) You agree that the Commissions due and payable to you shall be based solely on the Data posted on the Affiliate Program Website by NationalCareerNet. NationalCareerNet will not pay any Commissions to an Affiliate unless we have documentation to support such Commissions within our database.

5) We will make available to our Affiliates certain marketing tools for use. In particular, NationalCareerNet will post text links and/or banner advertisements for use and publication by Affiliates on the their websites. These marketing tools shall contain unique affiliate-specific identifiers/code that will enable NationalCareerNet to track Affiliate generated sales.

6) NationalCareerNet may change or revise the content of the marketing tools that are prepared by NationalCareerNet at any time, in our sole discretion, and affiliates agree to use only the most recent version of any marketing tools that are prepared by NationalCareerNet and posted on the Program Website.
